General Requirements:
– Min S1-Degree any discipline, Maximum 30 years Old
– Good English (verbal & written) & Communication skill.
– Willing to travel.
– Experience in Christian/Social ministry dealing with children/youth.
– Able to operate Microsoft Office.
1. Field Based Partnership Facilitator for Nias (FBPF_Nias)
Specific Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference towards field-related Social Sciences, Christian Ministry or Management.
– A minimum of three years professional or intensive volunteer experience relevant to managing Christian ministry and/or other service activities.
– Strong interpersonal relationship skills conducive to utilizing facilitation, collaboration and negotiation and establishing trusting relationships with a wide variety of people.
– Ability to work with only occasional supervision.
– Good leadership, general management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to reflect Compassion’s Leadership Principles.
– Customer service orientation.
– Good written communication skills and strong verbal communication skills.
– Committed to working with the broad spectrum of Evangelical denominations and churches.
– Deals with a standard level of internal procedures that operate within the program implementation organization.
– Considerable range of varying tasks; well-defined work framework captured in procedures .
– Problems vary considerably, are complex, and may require evaluation of new or conflicting factors.
2. Training Specialist (TS)
Specific Requirements
– Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating training programs.
– Strong group facilitation skills.
– Ability to facilitate multiple content subject matters through multiple methodologies.
– Able to work collaboratively, cross-culturally, inter-denominationally and cross- organizationally.
3. Complementary Interventions Administrator (CIVA)
Specific Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference towards field-related Administration, Accounting or Management.
– Minimum 5 years NGO experience and 3 years of administrative experience.
– Ability to network and collaborate with others.
– Customer service orientation.
– Excellent communication skills with an emphasis in technical writing.
– Ability to monitor and analyze large amounts of information and data.
– Subject Matter Expert in Development field with the ability to assist, support and train others in CIV processes and issues.
