COMMUNICATION OFFICER

Job Description :
Work under Grant and Knowledge Manager supervision to enhance visibility, to name recognition of the foundation, and to reach its influences by implementing and optimizing public outreach function, identifying and making sure of potential communication needs, preparing and providing organization’s information kits, monitoring organization’s branding, coordinating and supervising consultants in relation to the above tasks, coordinating external relation function; organizing media briefing, press conference, press release and donor briefing as well as enhancing with the social media.

Requirements
§ At least 3-year experience in media/public relations/journalism. Preferable for those who experience on non-profit organization
§ Bachelor in any relevant discipline from reputable university
§ Fluent in oral and written Indonesian and English
§ Great analytical skill and able to formulate communication messages
§ Great writing skills on any style; straight news and feature
§ Understand and able to manage many IT tools in relation to public outreach
§ Mature, strict, discipline, easy going, good personality, hard worker, willing to travel and team work player
